Three rounds for time of:
10 Overhead squat, 135/95 pounds
50 Double-unders
10 minute time limit, then

5 minute rest, then

10 minutes as many rounds as possible
15 hand release push-ups
12 deadlift, 155/105 pounds
9 Toes-to-bar
