CrossFit Roseville Schedule Updates:
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6pm-7pm is a new class, the elements class. The elements class will not replace the regular workout of the day class, there will still be a regular class from 6pm-7pm . The elements class will include instruction on the 9 foundational movements as well as a high intensity crossfit workout!
If you have previously attended an onramp class and would like to continue going to a class with a group of people who need more instruction on the foundational movements try out this class on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
If you have friends who would like to try out CrossFit but think that it is too hard, bring them to this foundational class and commit to going to the elements class with them for one month. This class is open to all members and free to try for friends and family!
