Elements Class Tues/Thurs Nights

Workout of the day for Saturday 10/13/12:

In 20 minutes:
Run 800m
Then, AMRAP:
• 5 toes-2-bar
• 10 burpee
• 15 goblet squat
Finally, Run 800m before time is up.
