225 pound Deadlift, 30 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps

We have to have faith in our ability to accomplish any goal we set for ourselves wether it is a daily wod, a nutrition challenge, or our life ambitions. When the road to success leads us through a dark and narrow way it helps to have a vision of the big picture and especially of our end goal. Have the faith to believe in what you cannot see, and the courage to follow what you believe in, even if you cannot yet see the end of the road.
