Strength/Skill
5 rounds:
3 High Hang Snatch
3 Power Snatch
3 Snatch
rest as needed between rounds, tap and go only from the floor

Conditioning
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Deadlift, 185/135 pounds
15 Hand Release Push-up

Congratulations to Tali and Miguel for accumlating the most points in our February Improve Your Metal challenge. Tali, you get to choose either a portable foam roller, a deluxe jump rope, or your next body fat test paid for. Miguel, since you already won a foam roller on last month’s nutrition challenge, and you already have a jump rope, your next body fat test is on the house.

Good job everybody. We are about to see how are hard work has paid off…..what do you predict 13.1 will be?
