The last Saturday of every month, we will do a hero wod and highlight a good cause, charity, or important community event.

Mark Limbird at CrossFit Loomis is having surgery. He is doing this workout at CrossFit Loomis tomorrow to finish on a good note before his surgery. A few weeks ago he found a tumor in his lung and he will have to have it cut out along with a part or all of his left lung. As you do know he is a fighter and he will continue to dominate with 1 lung.

If you have ever worked out with Mark, then you know he is a beast. So bring your maximum effort and send your thoughts and prayers to Mark for a speedy recovery!
