Workout of the day for Thursday September 26th, 2013:

Skill: Handstand Skill Work:
• Handstand Kick-Up
• Shoulder Touches
• Lateral Wall Walks
• Handstand Walk

Conditioning:
Ten rounds for load and time of:
1 Clean and Jerk
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

This guy is awesome and worked with Justin and myself at the 2013 CrossFit games on our strict muscle-ups, Iron Cross, and Bridges. How tight are you in a handstand? Better have a friend pull your legs apart and check.
