A. In 3 minutes, find:
Max repetitions of pistol

B. For time:
30 Burpee
Run 800 meters
30 Burpee

C. Find Max Load of:
Shoulder to Overhead

You have to find ways to stay inspired. Think of inspiration like deodorant – you don’t use deodorant once and then not worry about it for a few months. You have to use deodorant every day. Inspiration is the same way. You have to find it everyday!
