400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Today might feel like a monday after taking yesterday off to celebrate the fourth, but tomorrow is Friday! Thanks for coming out yesterday for the Fourth of July Celebration WOD!

  1. Well- We went in to Crossfit Roseville for the first time and it was great….the WOD was grinder! Sore, sore, sore!!!!
