Workout of the Day for Wednesday 06/01/11
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Score is total reps from all 32 intervals.

Lindsey sends out props to Krista:
“…I wanted to give a special shout-out to Krista today. She knows I’ve been out of the box for a little bit because of my “injury” or whatever you want to call it. She finished her workout and coached me through the end of mine. Somehow she knew that I was in that dark place and needed some help to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It was awesome and I was very thankful to her for taking the time to do that for me.”
