Workout of the day for Thursday, March 27th 2014:

Pre-Wod:
Run 400
40 Wallball
40 Chest-2-Bar Pull-Up
40 Double Unders
40 Sit-Ups

Mobility:
Hip Opener

Workout of the Day (WOD):
Back Squat 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Post-Wod:

50 Weighted Sit-ups with a Partner
50 Russian Twists with a MedBall
2 minute Plank

Thanks to John Foley for making the new jump rope hanger a reality after a lot of patience and reworking. Make sure to put the jump ropes back in order by height, organized by corresponding color. You do not bend the jump ropes. You do not knot the jump ropes. You do not use the jump ropes outside. You do not leave the jump ropes out. All penalties assessed with a minimum of 50 burpees.
