Group CrossFit Classes
Group classes include an instructor led warm-up, specific movement instruction, and a workout tailored to your fitness ability. All parts of the workout are scalable so all fitness levels can get a great workout!
Group Non-Barbell Class
aka “Sweat Sessions” is a high intensity group cardio class. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get in shape with a fun group of people, or gain muscle this class will get you there!
We often have personal goals that we need to focus on outside of the group class. Open gym membership includes 1 private goal setting session each month.

If you want to improve in the sport of CrossFit we have a training plan with everything you need to progress in your strength, olympic lifts, gymnastics, and “Metcons.”
CrossFit Roseville regularly hosts events to foster community and to offer a competitive environment for our athletes to test themselves. Local competitions are a great way to build into relationships and to grow as an athlete.
