Workout of the Day for Saturday June 1, 2013

5 Rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
30 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
20 Pull-ups

Some part of this video has to inspire you to crush the workout today. At one point of the video I became compelled to hit pause and drive to the gym to WOD. The awesome camaraderie of the fans, the positive upbeat attitude of the athletes after some of the toughest events, The 1 rep race race between Pat Barber and Marcus Filly, the slow motion video action… I imagine different people will be inspired by different parts of regionals.

We had an awesome crew from CrossFit Roseville who attended and came back fired up to train even harder, get stronger, to learn new skills, and lock down their nutrition. Now imagine what the CrossFit games is going to be like this year!

Time to get stronger.
