First,
run 200 meters
then,
as many reps as possible of:
30 Push-up
30 Double-Under
30 Chest-2-Bar
30 Push-up
30 Double-Under
30 Thruster 95/65
30 Push-up
30 Double-Under
30 Overhead Squat 95/65
