II. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 Push press, 135/95 pound
10 Overhead squat, 135/95 pound
15  Sit-ups

Thanksgiving Training Schedule
Mon, Tue, and Wed – normal schedule
Thursday (Thanksgiving) – one workout only at 8 AM
Friday (Black Friday) – one workout only at 9 AM
Saturday – normal schedule 8 AM & 9 AM

Sac Town Throwdown Information
We have 3 teams registered for this years Sac Town Throwdown at the Sleep Train Arena in Natomas the names and divisions are:
Rx “All About the WODs”
Novice “Crazy About WODs”
Masters “Fear My WODs”

If you are interested in being on one of our teams at what has become the premier annual team competition in our region, I need to hear from you ASAP. Next week’s workouts will include tests for those interested. There will be 4 days worth of workouts and tests, Monday thru Thursday. Friday will be a make up day for those unable to train 4 days in a row. Each workout will need a scorekeeper/judge. Upon analysis of the results from next weeks testing, the final rosters and alternates will be selected. The cost is $85 per person. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to represent your box!

Inspiration for the week
It’s a holiday weekend. That means many of us will have extra time to spend with family and friends. So focus on this thought. Answer the question, “Who are the most important people in your life?” Now here is all you have to do – treat them like they are!!
