Reminders:

Today is Body Fat Test day. Do this today, and again in the first week of April to participate in our 3 month body composition change contest. Andy will be leading a presentation on how to eat in the Zone at 7pm. So bring your most recent body fat test results and log of what you ate yesterday. The coaches will go over your results with you to explain how to interpret the results and use the information to start eating in the Zone. Even if you don’t plan on eating within the zone guidelines, and even if you didn’t get your body fat tested today, you should attend this presentation and bring your nutrition questions. 

Saturday Jan 12, CrossFit Roseville will be closed. Come over to CrossFit SAC from 8-10 and workout in a varied environment with new people.

It is a new beginning in 2013 and time to evaluate just how far you have come. I can say with confidence you have a lot to be proud of. You put yourself through brutally hard workouts and come out stronger, fitter, healthier. And, many members remark how their lifestyle outside of the gym is affected and strengthened by their improved health and mental toughness.

You have helped to create a community of like-minded people who, through our joint efforts, make it easier to push through the suck factor so that we may accomplish our goals. I hope you are excited for the nutrition challenge, the February challenge, and the Crossfit Open in March and that you will participate in all three of these challenges to see how these will work to change your body composition and help you to reach your fitness goals.
