Workout of the day for Monday 6/04/12:

Strength: 
Deadlift 5-5-5

Work Capacity:
5 Rounds:
3 muscle up
15 box jumps 30/24inch

I’m not sure about bicep curls with milk jugs but definitely good for post workout nutrition!

  1. The other night I dreamed Dave Castro and Pat Sherwood were coaching at our box testing out wods for the main site. Then I woke up and saw this video and I thought I was still dreaming and it had turned to a nightmare.
    Please never ever make me watch this video again!
