Weekly Nutrition Challenge!

Workout of the day for Saturday 08/18/12:

AMRAP in 20 Min:
10 Burpee
20 Pistols
30 Double Unders
Run 400M

The First Nutrition Challenge (Can be completed any time during the nutrion challenge for 7 Bonus Points):
Set up a Paleo Potluck Dinner! Invite other members of the gym and setup a paleo dinner. All of the members can make a paleo appetizer or dish and bring their food to share.

• The purpose of this challenge is to meet other members of the box, to share paleo recipes, and to grow our relationships.

• You are not responsible for accidentally eating non paleo foods. If you do your due diligence and later find out you ate something that you did not know was not paleo, or that you did not know was an ingredient of someone else’s food than you do not have to subtract points. Just have fun and keep learning new ways to improve your fitness!
