8 Handstand Push-ups
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
16 Alternating Pistols
40 Double Unders
You really can. Don’t be afraid of setting high goals for yourself. You might fail 7 times, but on the 8th try you will make it. How big is your perseverance? Are you willing to risk it by giving yourself a specific, measurable, time stamped goal?
What can you gain? What can you lose? Either way, you are going to face yourself. You can’t run from yourself and not setting specific goals is like avoiding yourself. So set a goal for yourself and then put your ass on the line by making it public.
It’s scary business but as the saying goes, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Here is a secret: if you will encourage others and help others reach their goals, the synergy in our environment will multiply and you will reap the rewards as well.
As a coach, I am making it my goal to put more emphasis on what people are doing right. Daily, I am truly amazed at the amazing things we do at CrossFit Roseville and the Everest sized effort I see displayed by so many of you as you give your all to these workouts.
